4G is the next mobile generation, also known as Long Term Evolution (LTE).
Geenet 4G network can deliver download speed up to 300Mbps and upload speed up to 50Mbps.
 
The typical download speed range (at fixed locations) is 48.0 – 109.9Mbps. 
 
The typical speed range refers to the range of download speed that users may experience 80% of the time based on the specific test conditions and parameters which are stipulated.
 
The speed range may vary between users and is subject to:
– Device used
– Hardware and software limitation
– 4G network coverage/traffic
– Distance between user and base station
– Source of website and other external factors
No, 4G data usage is charged the same as 3G data usage.
 
Your mobile plan’s data bundle and/or add-ons are applicable for both 4G and 3G data usage.

Otherwise, you may download Geenet Mobile App to monitor your balance, usages, and purchases.
The 4G signal will be indicated on your 4G smartphone signal bar.
The 4G network is only a mobile data network. Voice calls are supported on 3G network. Therefore, during voice calls, only 3G/2G signal will be reflected. After the call is over, your 4G smartphone will re-connect to the 4G network.

You can visit our sales booth for SIM card replacement. Geenet will waive off the replacement fee for 1st time replacement.
